AURA is one of my favorite pieces to date. with this piece i was seeking to create a visual representation of my own aura at the time, the colors i would visualize after a period of months where i really devoted myself to my kundalini practice. i was really interested in the idea of how big i could make my own energy and the question of the 10 bodies—how could i use this energy not only as a protective barrier between me and the rest of the world, but as a way to literally influence the world around me by energetically showing up in a big way. made during a very happy and self-explorative period of my life, this piece radiates positive energy—if you’re into the aura of objects, this is for you.
